Strength

We strength train using the Allegro 2 Reformer, dumbbells, kettlebells, and calisthenics. Strength training maintains and builds muscle. The more muscle you have the more efficiently your body operates on every level. 

Flexibility & Mobility

Proper stretching is essential and helps keep us injury free. It aids in muscle growth and recovery. Range of motion at every joint is important for overall health and wellness. It is especially important to keep the spine mobile. In every class we will move the spine through flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion.

Balance

We never neglect balance at Flex & Flexibility. Every class will include a balance section with beginner to advanced options.

Myofascial Release

Our recovery format, Align & Unwind will take your fitness and mental wellbeing to another level. We combine yoga postures and principles with myofascial release tools.

All the focus is on balance, mobility, and breathwork on the Pilates Reformer. Ending with a relaxing Savasana and short guided meditaion.
